The Recaro Vivo booster car seat is one of the safest on the market as well as being incredibly easy to use. The Recaro Vivo booster is equipped with an aluminum frame, side wings for added protection and comfort, 3 recline positions for comfort and a folding mechanism for easy transport and storage. The Vivo booster seat is a belt positioning booster seat that is plush, safe, easy to use and comfortable. The Vivo can be used for children 30-100 pounds and up to 59 inches in height. NOTE: only to be used with a lap and shoulder belt system. The Recaro Vivo booster seat's headrest can be adjusted with one hand. The Vivo weighs a mere 11 pounds and the fabric is a ventilated micro fiber that is completely machine washable. The difference between the Vivo booster and the Vivo Lite is simply the fabric. The Vivo has a microfiber and the Vivo Lite uses a mesh fabric. The Baby Daily is an authorized Recaro dealer.

    How do we accept returns and exchanges?

    The Baby Daily is committed to providing you with an enjoyable shopping experience. Our policy is to return or exchange all unworn/unused and resalable merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise outside the 30-day time frame can be returned for in-store credit as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed, or worn and are returned with all tags attached, along with all forms, cards, and packaging contents. Items not in resalable condition may incur a re-stocking fee of 30-40% as deemed appropriate by management. Baby Daily cannot be responsible for products lost or damaged in transit, and no refunds will be given for shipping loss or damage. FedEx loss or damage claims must be made by the customer. We will do everything we can to assist in this claims process, which can take 30 days or more.

    • For products shipped from The Baby Daily's warehouse, simply fill out the Returns/Exchange Form that came packaged in your original box. Call or email our customer service to return a return authorization number. Place this number on the outside of the box, and return the product to our store. If you do not have a copy of the Return/Exchange form, please contact us at customerservice@thebabydaily.com or call (866) 744-4198 to obtain a new one.

    Sales items that are marked as final are not returnable. Hand painted, personalized, custom designed furnishings, special order furniture and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
